Emissions Testing

In most states, motor vehicles are required by law to be in safe operating condition whenever they are driven on highways or public streets. To meet the needs of PA vehicle safety standards, automobiles registered in the State of Pennsylvania will need to pass an emissions test. Since the emissions test is required in PA, you will need to find a certified facility through the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT).
