Cell Phone Laws

Traffic debates statewide seem to include cellphone laws as one of the hottest topics around. The needless fatalities that have been caused by texting or distracted driving overall have prompted lawmakers to draft strict legislation discouraging the use of cellphones while driving. Along with the lawmakers, most activists and advocates against texting and driving are in hopes that all the states will hop on board and ban cellphone usage while driving.
